DO NOT BOOK - we arrived at 4:30pm (1.5 hours after checkin time) and there were roughly 25 people waiting in line to check-in. There were another 15 people sitting in the lobby (some since 1:45pm). None of the rooms were ready. Every person was told it would be 30 minutes before their room was ready. By the time we got to the desk we were told our room was not ready so we cancelled and went elsewhere. Reading other reviews on Facebook, this seems to be a pattern so I wouldn't call this an isolated event. Poor service, planning, management.

Liked: Not one thing - DO NOT BOOK HERE (best part was cancelling the room).

Liked: I like the location of the hotel, it was exactly where I needed it to be. I like that they had breakfast available for the patrons. I also like the snack bar availability.
Disliked: The toilet was clogged when I got there. The front desk attendant was absent for about 30 minutes and we couldn't check in. There were rowdy people above us all night. The lighting in the room was harsh, and the doors didn't close properly.

Liked: Everyone was wonderful! When checking in the elevator was out, the wonderful lady put us on the first floor. I could not have climbed the stairs.
