Disliked: The only thing I did like is no one was at the front desk someone finally came to the desk about 10 minutes or so later.

Disliked: Upon checkin, I was not asked for a credit card or given anything to sign for checking, but I was charged without consent for an incidental fee. Have no issue with this, but should be notified. Advertised waffles for breakfast and 24/7 fresh coffee. Before 11pm, coffee was cold, and no fresh made until the next morning. The towels were not even Hilton quality.Had to get someone to let in rooms as they stated corporate had performed an update, and they had to let people in the rooms. Room smelled of urine, had to mop with my bath wash and a towel.Asked for manager information upon checkout, Nichole asked if she could help? Advised I would rather talk to the manager. Some guy came to front with no name tag or identifying apparel and said, "Can I help you?" I said no, I would like manager information. He stated with nasty tone, "Well, you asked for one, I am the manager." I requested that I speak away from the front desk, and he just shrugged and stated that he guessed it was a secret. Very nasty exchange from a manager, i told him we could speak or I would need corporate information. He said fine you either talk to me or corporate, don't matter."" I asked for mr receipt and once he gave it to me I asked for his name, he stated "Robert, with an r, and a capitol R" i feel as if the racial tone was not given when he spoke with other patrons, additionally he stated that's why he said it on camera. I do request a corporate call.
