Liked: Everything except for them not having the pool like the advisor said
Disliked: No pool like the picture said

Wonderful hotel, friendly and caring...

Liked: Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Extremely comfortable bed and nice, stylish room. Wonderful breakfast made by the manager (waffles, eggs with cheese, coffee, etc), patient towards travelers. Right off the freeway.
Disliked: Outside area is pretty sketchy and there are no security cameras or security personnel. Back door is right on a creepy blind alley with tons of spots for people to jump out from and mug you while you're getting your wallet out to get inside (tip: keep your room key in your pocket, not your wallet). You will be fine if you stick to the main entrance

Liked: Room was clean, check in staff was pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was cold, not open as early as we expected. We had to wait for food to be ready and the biscuits were cold.

Liked: Clean comfortable room . Nice staff. Basic but filled my needs
Disliked: Somewhat spartan and toilet in accessible room was not handicap equipped.

Our trailer was stolen in...

Liked: Easy access off interstate 40. However we discovered that was a bad thing as our trailer was stolen overnight with all our belongings and personal effects
Disliked: Rooms were tired looking but pretty clean . My husband and I were traveling from Kansas to Arizona with a 4 x 8 trailer with all the belongings we wanted to take from one home to another. During the night someone came in and stole the trailer. It’s been a nightmare trying to just get our personal information and accounts taken care of. Then to add insult to injury, we were charged an extra $35. I was told a nightlight was missing from the room. We never saw a nightlight let alone take it. Very poor
