Liked: Location. Quiet. Comfortable
Disliked: Carpet had been recently cleaned - carpet was still soaked. Friend’s feet (socks) got wet when making her way to bed. She notified office but nothing was done.

Liked: Easy parking, handy being on main Rd, and liked it had a separate room which we didn’t use.
Disliked: Microwave could be at bench height too low down

Liked: Excellent staff, very helpful. Clean rooms and close to the city. Outside area kept very tidy as well.
Disliked: Needs updating badly. Paint flaking off ceiling in toilet, which is very old. Ranch slider entrance to room with key. As a woman on her own, I did not feel safe as the lock was flimsy.
