Liked: Clean room, very nice staff, a lot of towels. I did like time to stay here. We had a bathroom and a fireplace in the room, it was cool.
Disliked: small room I didn't have enough disposable slippers

Disliked: There isn't elevator for the 2nd floor and we had to carry luggage + kid in a couple of trips. Parking was very busy and we had to park in a different parking lot.There was noise in the evening from the corridor.

Liked: Not entirely satisfied with my stay as I was expecting something more upscale. The standard room was much smaller and less decorated than the photos suggested, with very limited space in the bathroom. Most of the pictures on the listing are of suites, so be careful as they don’t reflect the standard rooms well. There is one or two pictures out of the 93 that really reflects the standard room, so it's easy to get wrong. Additionally, the TV had adult content on free access with no restrictions, which my child accidentally came across. While most of the staff was friendly, one person at the front desk was unhelpful when I raised concerns. Overall, it was an average experience, but I recommend booking with caution.
Disliked: The hotel was fine overall, but families traveling with children should be aware that the TV included adult content on free access with no restrictions. This might be normal in Canada but could surprise families from other countries. Then, most of the photos on the listing showcase suites, so the standard rooms may not meet expectations if you’re expecting something more upscale. When you look at the one or two pictures of the standard room on the app, that are hiden within the other 90+ pictures, it's almost correct, but you can get it wrong if you look at all these pictures that show large rooms, with huge windows, very well decorated, with fancy bathrooms. Additionally, the spa is not part of the hotel—it’s located in another building across the boulevard—and the outdoor swimming pool shown in the pictures is closed during the winter. Most of the staff was friendly, but one person at the front desk was not helpful when I raised concerns.

Disliked: The hotel was not very clean, with stains on the pillow and a dusty room. There was no elevator and there were stains in the hallway that smelled like rotten milk.
