Disliked: The apartment needs better cleaning. We found 3 sandals under the main bed and a dirty short pants in the balcony. About the furniture, maybe needs be renewed, because one sofa has some trouble reclining back.The TV sometimes turned off itself.

Disliked: Really soft bed uncomfortably so - noisy room being right on Gold Coast Hwy - full false fire alarm evacuation at 1am standing out on the street for 45 minutes

Liked: the pool and spa and it is close to public transportation.
Disliked: It would be nice if the hotel can provide a welcome brocher with information on it's facilites. And I also didn't enjoy it's lack of parking spaces.

Difficult

Liked: The staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Poor maintenance of the rooms in the hotel. And dust was spotted behind the bed and couch.
