Nice hotel, clean & comfortable.

Liked: The rooms were nice, spacious, fire place in the room, bed was comfortable. Location was good, 3 miles from uptown Sedona. Nice restaurants all around. A no frills hotel.
Disliked: The customer service of the staff needs some improvement. Free breakfast was just not worth the value.

Liked: Very comfortable room, with a good view and a fireplace. Also the room and facilities are very clean.
Disliked: Nothing to register.

Wonderful romantic place to stay

Liked: This place is charming. It had a fire place in the room, a jet tub and shower. The breakfast was very good. The location is easy to get in and out of. The room was well appointed and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: Nothing. This is a much more charming place to stay than in a chain hotel.

Liked: I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room, as well as around the property. I have stayed at high end places in the past which were disappointing regarding cleanliness. Cleanliness is one of my highest priority in the room and around the property when staying some place. Excellent!!!
