Disliked: The stairs to room 6 was a killer. Wish someone could have taken our Luggage up & brought it down for us.I have arthritis & husband, a BAD HEART.

Loved it and would definitely...

Liked: Lovey large room and large bathroom. Plenty of towels for bath, pool, and beach. Having the food truck restaurant and patio bar onsite was wonderful. The bar hours of 11-7p were perfect We could listen to the single musician music during the afternoon but all was quiet after 7p...perfect. The location was absolutely perfect - only a few steps away from the Southernmost Point buoy and from a small almost private beach. Being on Duval meant that the pedal cabs and Ubers were always only 2-3 minutes away. Being at the lower end of Duval meant it was a little quieter than the other end with all the bars and restaurants, but still within walking distance of everything. The heated spa pool was nice. The included breakfast was such a bonus - I never expected such a full breakfast and it was always good.
Disliked: Truly was pleased with everything. We had thought we wanted a pool where we could sit in the sun and drink a cocktail or two. A little disappointed upon arrival that the pool was small, in the shade and heated - almost too warm. It didn't take long for us to realize that the little beach was perfect and we didn't need the pool at all. The pool was nice for an end of the day relaxation time.

Disliked: Pics on website are deceiving, very small pool, dated room, breakfast was the same every day, and there is no varietyRoom was not dark due to bright lights in the parking lot, noise from kids in neighbor's pool. The door would lock but had large gaps to the exterior. For the price, I was hoping for a bigger, better stay.

Little gem at the end...

Liked: Historic house, contemporary room design. Good breakfast. Advantageously positioned at the quieter end of Duval St., very near to beach/ocean. Shops, bars and restaurants just a short walk away.
Disliked: Bathroom towels were replaced every day. Perhaps a more ecological philosophy should be considered - let the guest choose if his towels need replacing or not.

Very clean with a warm,...

Liked: The location was ideal! It was busy with tourists all day, but quiet at night. They cleaned my room everyday!! New towels and linens. Breakfast was included and nicely presented. It was just a warm environment with a very personal touch.
Disliked: I loved it and would not stay anywhere else if traveling to Key West.

Liked: Location, friendly staff, large room, comfortable bed and linens
Disliked: The breakfast was very lacking. Tasted like it was warmed up in microwave and lacked any effort. Coffee was very underwhelming as well. We ended up eating out for breakfast every day after the first.

Our 40th anniversary could not...

Liked: Great service, great location, very nice venue. Owner Sandy even helped with our bags. The outdoor bar and adjacent food truck and patio were pure Key West. Best cuban sandwich I've ever had.
