Liked: The property gave cozy home vibes. The staff are super nice and helpful. Parking is included with the property. Don't mix Southern Point Guest House with Southern Point Hotel. They are different.Ideal for both a long and short stay.The public beach is across the road. Both shower towels and beach towels are provided.Room was very clean and equipped with AC.
Disliked: Can get noisy sometimes as you can hear the cars and the neighbors speaking.

We wanted an ocean view...

Liked: The location was perfect. Sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean and people watching while relaxing couldn’t get much better than that! We did some sightseeing and eating around town but coming back to that balcony was the best!
Disliked: Seem to roll to the center of the mattress because I think it might need to be replaced.

Liked: We absolutely loved the charm of the guesthouse and gardens. The property is well taking care of! The location could not be more perfect. We enjoyed the wraparound porches and sitting areas.
Disliked: No dislikes

Lovely guest house situated perfectly!

Liked: Room was lovely, very clean and spacious. Parking was a bonus. Would have been good to know you just pull up to the barrier and it opens as it’s really busy around the property.

Liked: Great location right at the bottom of Duval Street, loved the vibe we got two free drink vouchers everyday to spend at the bar, the bar staff are very friendly especially Max made us feel very special each day. Breakfast was great fruit eggs sausage cereal all you need. The room was very clean had bathrobes lovely soft towels the bed was so comfortable would definitely recommend this place it’s a five star guest house hope to return.
