Liked: Cute old house. Perfect old town location. Comfortable bed, very high so if you’re short, be prepared to jump up.Very clean! Staff friendly. Only saw them at check in. Price was comparable/ good value based upon other nearby properties during the time I was there ( music festival).
Disliked: Jetted tub as advertised is worn and should be replaced. Bathroom needs renovation. Hot water was not working well. No breakfast, but staff was apologetic and offered a discount accordingly.

Disliked: Horrible Experience - Do Not Stay Here!!!Ruined AnniversaryDisgusting, rundown, falsely advertising SCAMAssaulted by the co-owner, PaulMy husband and I decided to take an impromptu trip to St. Augustine for our wedding anniversary, booking a one-night stay at Southern Wind Bed and Breakfast through Booking.com. The pictures on their website looked charming and perfect for what we wanted—a quaint, Southern-style B&B experience. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what was advertised.We arrived at 2 PM, walked around until check-in time at 3 PM, and then sat on the porch, soaked from the rain, waiting for someone to show up. The co-owner, Paul, finally arrived at 3:30 PM, unapologetically late. The first thing we noticed was how run-down the place looked—dirty porch, wilted flowers, and even tape holding things together. It was clear we had made a mistake.When we asked to see our rooms, it only got worse. The rooms were drab, with mold in the bathrooms—nothing like the pictures online. When I expressed my concerns, Paul was incredibly insulting and confrontational. As a woman, I felt threatened and had to call my husband into the lobby for support. We requested a refund and cancellation, but Paul refused to accommodate us and laughed in our faces, stating that we wouldn’t get our money back since it was a non-refundable, same-day reservation.To make matters worse, Paul informed us that there would be NO BREAKFAST included in our stay, despite the place being advertised as a bed and breakfast. The situation escalated to the point where my husband started filming Paul’s aggressive behavior, only for Paul to knock the phone out of his hand. We were in shock. The police were called but were no help at all. We left and ended up booking a stay at the Best Western Bayfront, which was clean and comfortable, though not the bed & breakfast experience we had hoped for.I regret rushing into this reservation without reading more reviews.

Disliked: We arrived only to find out no one was there. Called several numbers and finally some one called back and said we would have to find another place to stay. The only person too say "sorry" was the answering service. And after multiple phone calls, text messages and emails... It took 3 days for any one to respond to getting a refund. Good luck

Disliked: Showed up after we had booked it and no one was even there to let us in. Had to end up getting another place to stay the same day. No heads up was given.

Liked: we were to check in at 3 pm, the owners were no shows. do not make reservations for the B&B very bad management. we had to go elsewere for a room..

Amazing place!

Liked: I loved the place. Location was amazing, it was close to everything. Robin & Melissa made us feel at home and took such good care of us. The room was great and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was always something delicious and different every day.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was wonderful
