Nice place; needs help but staff was great.

Liked: Location/staff.
Disliked: Room had a musty smell and breakfast food was cold - bread had mold on it.

Clean motel-like accommodation.

Liked: Very nice staff and clean. Shuttle downtown is very convenient.
Disliked: More like a motel than a hotel or inn. The breakfast was disappointing. A lot of continental breakfast items with added sugar, no fresh fruit, eggs okay. A lot of fees, which now I see are fully explained. But I wasn't expecting that (my fault, of course). So, expensive for what you get.

Liked: Convenient, everyone was helpful and breakfast was good. Bus to town was very accessible and driver was very informative. Easy parking.
