Nice place; needs help but staff was great.

Liked: Location/staff.
Disliked: Room had a musty smell and breakfast food was cold - bread had mold on it.

The quality-price ratio is not...

Liked: Transfer from the hotel to the tourist area of ​​San Agustín.
Disliked: The rooms are very old and you can smell and feel humidity inside the room.

Dog run under the Oaks

Liked: Besides being incredibly dog friendly with their own dog run, the breakfast is really good. Stuff is made fresh and very yummy. Then there is the namesake of the motel, the southern Oaks that are all over the property. They are so beautiful

Pleasant surprise.

Liked: Was better than I was expecting. The staff was very nice and friendly. Good rates compared to others. The shuttle was great. Rooms clean and decent. The included breakfast was good and had about everything. No issues. Will be back here next trip to St Augustine.
Disliked: Nothing I can think of. I really didn’t dislike anything.
