Appalling property and owners out...

Liked: Nothing as the property had changed hands and Booking.com never notified us so when we got there, 2 chancers of the new property told us we could still get a room (Southern Comfort Inn) and they stated “no refunds after entering room”. Strange but I soon realised it was because it was a fly infested, safety hazard, stained bed clothes hovel unfit for human habitation.
Disliked: Everything. No decent aircon in 100 degree heat, stained bedding, unsafe and hazardous light switches. A basic death trap

Liked: Nothing at all Rude & not helpful with there overbooking!!
Disliked: Never got a room Overbooked ...still waiting for refund

Liked: There is NOTHING good to say about this dump.
Disliked: Rude staff, filthy and stinking room, no table lamps, no TV remote, ONE thin worn-out pillow. The actual room did not match any of the photos on the website.

Liked: People was trying to get into the room no water. It was a disaster really would like part of my money back to be honest ..that's how awful the experience was

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Filthy. There was dog poop on the floor. Roach infestation. Bed bugs. Rude staff. Sheets were filthy. Garbage can filthy. Nasty smell. They did NOTHING to make it right. Such as a discount. Even a small discount would have been appreciated.

Liked: I thought it would be a good location but even that was bad right next to busy and brightly lit gas station
Disliked: could not stay and no response to requests for refund. looked nothing like photos!! There was a terrible smell with peeling paint in the 1st room with many dead bugs. 2nd room smelled better but still had bugs - live this time and blood on mattress pad
