Lovely staff, excellent value!

Liked: Very comfortable beds, great shower, easy parking. Breakfast was lovely. Staff great. We had dinner the first night in the restaurant, which was pricey but nice. The second evening, we had a late afternoon tea, very filling and quite nice, although the cake selection was a little disappointing. The last night, we had Doordash and met them at the foyer, very easy.
Disliked: All the stairs! For our room, we had to go up one flight of stairs, down a long corridor, then down two flights of stairs. So if you have mobility issues, definitely call beforehand. We did 'cheat' by exiting out the fire exit and around the carpark to the front - much faster!

Really enjoyed the whole time...

Liked: Peaceful quiet room lovely grounds to see and walk round .A spa which I had 2 treatments and the beautician was excellent.Helpful and friendly staff.

Next time find a hotel...

Liked: Breakfast was very good. We got the old part of the hotel and our room was poor. Carpet not cleaned, windows dirty and falling apart. Overall disappointed with the room.
Disliked: Our room it needs updating and staff could smile more rather than just walk past you without even looking at you

Disliked: The bed and pillows very lumpy bed was hard did not sleep vert well
