Very good

Liked: Lots of space and was very quiet
Disliked: Needs modernization. Fridge did not seem to be working (froze all food and drink regardless of setting)

No frills, but decent and...

Liked: This is a good-size apartment; place is quiet; all basic needs covered.
Disliked: Kitchen ware is bare bones; would be nice to have at least a colander and more pots and pans.
