Don't bother

Liked: The hotel has some nice pieces of art and we were able to check in early.
Disliked: Hotel is not 5 star. Facilities in room didn't work, room was incredibly hot (no cooling system).Was given the wrong room type, contacted the hotel who tried to convince me the room i was provided was an upgrade, hard to believe! Room looked out onto some internal flat roofs and was supposed to have a view.Was offered to rebook with special rates, not the compensation I would expect and would not want to rebook at all!Expensive for a very underwhelming stay. Does not compare with any other 5 star hotel I've stayed in.Booked as a treat for my sister and felt so disappointed that it didnt feel like a treat for her at all
