A very comfortable hotel in...

Liked: Great location near Liverpool Street Station, comfortable, clean and warm bedrooms. Great bathrooms with plenty of hot water and lovely amenities.. Amazing black out blind ( although a little hard to find the control )
Disliked: Would have expected room service to be operational 24 hrs.. especially in a 5 star hotel. No room service after midnight and the night supervisor said they did not have a license to serve alcohol after midnight. Although he did let me sit in the reception area and have glass of wine from the mini-bar

Liked: The staff; Leo and Haytam were very helpful. The facilities, location and the smell 😇
Disliked: I didnmt like the deposit application which is released from your card at the beginning even if your deal is not that full amount. So you have to deal with the reimbursement process.

Excellent hotel, friendly and welcoming...

Liked: The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was just as pictured in the photos. Very clean and comfy. It was also very quiet. Overall, exactly as expected and would recommend.
Disliked: We ordered food service to the room. The food was good but I thought it was quite overpriced for what it is. Also it would have been good to have a mini-bar menu with costs for each item

Liked: Great vibe. Beautiful comfy room. Nice restaurant and lounges. Good staff. Amazing location. Right on the Elizabeth line. Easy to get anywhere In London.
Disliked: The only criticism is that the gym needs some upgrades in machines
