Nestled within beautifully maintained gardens the South Lawn Hotel is located on the edge of the New Forest National Park while only a mile from the beach and the Jurassic Coastline of Hampshire. When not relaxing in your room the spacious lounge area includes a well stocked bar for a leisurely drink. The hotel serves fresh locally caught fish and variety of regional produce. The Cornwallis Suite with its own bar area and separate entrance is able to cater for parties weddings and conferences for up to 150 guests. Cliff top and beach walks are within easy reach as well as the New Forest. Beaulieu Motor Museum and Exbury Gardens & Steam Railway are just a 25-minute drive away. Very pleasant stay in scenic...

Liked: Location is perfect and dinner was lovely didn’t sample breakfast , as had to rush off next morning .
Disliked: Think the only qualm would be being able to control the temp in your own rooms as very hot understandably autumn but woke up and the room was stifling so no control panels in the room to monitor and control temp .

Great room shame about the...

Liked: The room was good spacious and well set out . very dog friendly , the secure field was good Would stay again but I would not eat here again
Disliked: The breakfast was poor quality one had full English and other one veggie breakfast it was not good , I would not eat here again
