Liked: Clean, tidy and approachable staff. The best hotel I've stayed in, in Blackpool so far.
Disliked: However, the £60 cash deposit seems a bit excessive for what there is in the rooms.. As well as the list of charges if tea spoons went missing etc.

Disliked: Room was cold no heating at all, asked for heating was told they would bring it to us, it never arrived .... Tried to call several times on way to hotel as we were delayed and no response at all

never coming back.

Disliked: had to pay a £60 deposit and never got it back even though the room was immaculate. the room was nothing like the pictures.

Disliked: The guy who kicked me out 2 weekends in a row for no reason gets aggressive and proceeds to get his dog and and physically pushes us out the hotel and locked 2 of my mates in the hotel
