Disliked: Lift doesn’t bring you up all the stairs

Disliked: No kettle in room only coffee maker, hair dryer didnt work, and tv remote missing for the 1st 2days then appeared not that we was there to watch tv but nice as background noise when in the room getting ready

Liked: Very central location. Short walk from Train station. Room is small but functional. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

Dirty and loud - Would...

Liked: The first staff member we spoke to was helpful. When we told him we had no soap in the bathroom, he gave us a little bar of soap. The location was very central and close to the train. The sheets looked clean.
Disliked: It was very dirty. Our shower had mould in it and the shower curtain smelled really bad - like it had never been cleaned. The throw pillows and bed scarf were stained and looked like they had never been cleaned. Our glasses were used and very dirty and there was coffee all over the top of the shelves. The rooms are also not soundproof as advertised. All throughout the night you could hear people talking in the hallway and doors slamming and it woke us up multiple times during the night because the doors were so loud. The hotel also does not have a 24 hour desk as advertised. They have no one on the desk from 23:00 to 7:00 and give you a number to call if you’re in an emergency.
