Liked: Nice nature around the hotel
Disliked: Room-service personnel entered into my room in the evening after I checked-in and went for a walk. Upon my arrival considering that I was a solo traveler and extra cautious I immediately noticed some stuff moved around. Receptionists initially said that there is no chance someone had entered the room, then when I showed the pictures of the room before and after he changed his mind and said that it was probably a housekeeper. I was not reassured.

Beautiful Hotel with underground garage...

Liked: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. My room was comfortable and provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. From the balcony I had a stunning view of Lake Zurich and the Alps.The staff were friendly as well as professional and the breakfast was also excellent, offering a wide variety of options.The location is very quiet – the Zurich Zoo is within walking distance and I appreciated the convenience of safely parking my car in the hotel's underground garage.Overall, my stay was very enjoyable and I look forward to returning in the future.
