Breathtaking views of the Swiss...

Liked: The location was up on a hill and the views were breathtaking. The tram was just down the road but we ended up taking Ubers and they came very quickly.
Disliked: The beds were a bit hard. The food was overpriced. But it’s Zurich and everything is more expensive it seems.

Would recommend and stay again.

Liked: Great location, lovely view. Easy access to tram into Zurich even though its on a slight incline to hotel.
Disliked: Slightly too warm in hotel room, couldn't seem to get room temp right. I did ask for twin, we got a double with separate single duvets but bed big enough.

Wonderful stay & would definitely...

Liked: Where the property was located was fantastic (20 min tram ride from main train station) as it backed onto the most magical forest with walking tracks, therefore was lovely and quiet. The room we had was great, beds comfy, decent space, with a couch and area for luggage and enjoyed use of the Nespresso machine in the room. Clean. The Fondue Chalet (on the property) was such a wonderful traditional Swiss experience. We had the fondue and it was delicious. Overall a lovely hotel.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little limited in choice (no bacon or sausages) but what was available was nice.
