Liked: The hotel is situated in a very nice area, unfortunately the weather was not great, it was foggy, but for sure the view is amazing from the balcony. The breakfast was great, a lot of options.

Disliked: unfortunately, quite poor hospitality from the staff. would expect them to be more accommodating and flexible at a hotel of its category :(

Liked: Everything was perfect, great place for stay in Zurich. The parking was perfect for a good price, the room with a bath was also great, comfortable, clean. Good breakfast. We will definitely return to this hotel next time.

Unique room design, spaceous balcony...

Liked: Amazing room design, high quality costemic products available for usage, mini bar filled with local healthy snacks, balcony with an ash tray for heavy smoker as I am. Additionals offered for a reasonable price as yoga mat or back pack. Iron and Iron bread available in the room, so no need to request.
Disliked: -Unprofessional cleaning staff, entering your room at around 17.00 pm. without knocking the door but just opening it with the room card while you are loudly saying : No No No .-Too high volume acustic, you can hear everything and everyone in the hall outside of your room.
