Exceptional

Liked: The location was perfect. Guys at the reception were very helpful, and room size was excellent for family , near to tram station.I'll definitely visit them again

Nice with a few bad...

Liked: Location was good and the breakfast was fresh
Disliked: No information was provided on check in about the exrea bed. We had to pay much more than anticipated. They charged us for an extra bed although we booked already for 3. The information was hidden in terms and conditions. We were really dissappointed

Pleasant stay in Zurich

Liked: The hotel is centrally located, 15 minutes walking from the Grossmunster cathedral. Staff was polite and welcoming. The room was clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of food ( both continental and american options were available). Would definetely come back.
