Amazing!

Liked: Our stay at the hotel Seefeld in Zurich was wonderful! The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcomed. Their hospitality made a great impression. The only area for improvement would be that the breakfast could have had a broader selection. Nonetheless, our overall experience was very positive, and we would certainly consider staying here again!

Disliked: The hotel is actually called Hotel Seefeld or the Sorrell Hotel . , when we arrived we were unsure we were at the correct hotel and taxi drivers also didn’t know it as Boutique Hotel Seefeld . . Once we found it though there was nothing to dislike

An hotel with good potential,...

Liked: The reception and bar were very nice. The recent renovation (which seems to have been completed not long ago) has created a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the daytime staff was extremely kind and helpful, which was a positive aspect of the stay. Overall, while the common areas and staff were pleasant, the issues with cleanliness and maintenance in the room made the experience less enjoyable. Significant improvements are needed to make this hotel to be a proper 4-star and a better choice for future guests.
Disliked: The experience at this hotel was, partially, disappointing due to several issues that made the stay uncomfortable. First, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There were coffee stains on the wallpaper, which gave the impression of neglect. The bedside table was dirty, and the bed itself was far from clean, with hair scattered across the sheets. To make matters worse, the duvet was not properly closed or arranged, adding to the overall feeling of disorganization. Btw any respectable hotel above 3 stars must not have, under any circumstances, foldable duvet with no sheets. This is a something that must to be changed immediately: a simple thing that will give more value to the overall sleeping experience. The bathroom also had its share of problems. The door did not close properly, which was both inconvenient and uncomfortable. On top they strongly need renovations. The general state of the room felt shabby and poorly maintained, with little attention to detail or care for the guest experience.

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly. The room was modern and well decorated. Breakfast was a nice perk.
