Disliked: Was not expecting it to be an airbnb style hotel. No staff or lobby. Perhaps i missed this on the listing.Not used to 0 instruction on wifi, snacks, and tv policy. Was somewhat easy to figure out though.

Disliked: To start off the kiosk for login in in the lobby doesn't support "y" in the Surname. We had to call in every day to get the room key activated to enter the room. Next it was difficult to find a number to contact someone in English. The view, which I paid extra for, was blocked by the painters ladder system. also the painters were looking in our windows in the morning and would knock on the windows asking us to open the blinds. they also started making noise at 7:30 am in the morning. This is unacceptable.
