Liked: Location is great, right next to the tram stop, the tram goes to the train station. The area is very calm, has very good restaurants. Breakfast was good, it was possible to order freshly cooked fried eggs etc, in addition to the buffet. While I have read that many people encountered problems with the online check in, for me it went smoothly.
Disliked: The main downside is that my room was not clean. There was dust flying around, and under the bed there was a thick layer of dust, it gave me allergies right away. I have called the stuff and was told that no one is on site after 5pm so cleaning will have to wait until the next day. I think if you decide to run this stuff-less strategy, you need to make sure the rooms are cleaned well.. When I asked a member of stuff about it in the morning, she was very cold and told me they were aware. The stuff was generally not very friendly. Beware that single rooms are extremely small. There was a yoga mat in the room, but hardly any place to put it to do the exercise. Also, while I did not have problems with online check in, my parents who stayed in the same hotel did: they booked directly on the hotel website and did not receive any instructions for the check in. Luckily I have arrived before them and could let them in in the building and help check in online.

Disliked: The lady at the reception was very nice, but it's too much work for one person. She is expected to manage everything. She needs additional help!The corridor linking the room, bathroom and door is very tight, had to maneuver every time. They also have the tiniest elevator I've ever seen. But I guess it's to be expected for such a central location in Zurich, for this money.
