Bad

Disliked: Unfortunately very bad experience. Hotel tried to charge us again although me made and paid the booking through booking.com. The night shift officer Mr.Azad was very rude with us. Although we came late he did not help at all and kept us waiting. He also said you speak to booking and it’s not my problem…. I’m really surprised to get such treatment from such respected hotel in Zurich!

My stay was double charged

Liked: Spacious room, good breakfast. But I was double charged
Disliked: I was charged by Booking.com on Oct 4th. When I got to the hotel on Oct 9th, I had to provide my credit card to the check in machine, then the hotel changed me again. I raised this issue to the lady at the front desk, she phoned someone and then told me that the transaction by booking.com was a hold, it would be released. Now one month has passed, I haven't seen the money back to my account. Now I have to go through the troubles of figuring out who (booking.com or the hotel) I should talk to to get my money back.

Disliked: Bad structure of the toilet, you can’t wash your face because you don’t have any space in toilet.

Liked: The staff were extremely supportive and made us feel welcome! It was our first time in Zurich and our questions concerning locations and travel were answered professionally with kindness. The breakfast was delicious and afforded great variety! The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: We had a room facing the street and the noise of the trams kept us awake for a few hours during the night. We would have preferred a quieter room not facing the street.

Liked: It's a quiet hotel in a very nice neighbourhood, very convenient to commute with tram to the city centre and the airport. Super comfy beds and the best blanket I've ever slept under.
Disliked: Sound isolation wasn't good and the breakfast was very minimal.

Liked: The room was comfortable and well furnished, outlets, coffee, tea, windows that open, and great location.
Disliked: No complaints

Liked: Great location, rooms very small when travelling with 2 bags. But it worked.
