Liked: Nice cleaning service, nice beds. It was a big pleasure to slep there after hard working day.
Disliked: Online-door opening. It's really a big problem when your phone is over especially. I faced twice with the situation that I had to charge my phone first on the ground floor. The story with free enterance tbh is not safe at all. It's easy enough ro reach the hotel for any person who just knows the code or who just caughts the moment when other guests are leaving.

Liked: The hotel was in a very quiet area and easy to jump on a tram into the centre of town
Disliked: Self check in confused us a bit as had never done that before

Liked: The Sorell was a great find. Friendly staff, easy check in,Perfectly clean with comfortable beds and great breakfast.
Disliked: The only problem I could foresee was if travelling with heavy luggage from the airport or train station. It would be cumbersome on the tram which stops right outside the door. We traveled with backpacks so it was an easy walk up from the train station.

Nice hotel with good staff....

Liked: Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was terrific. Room was small, but very nice for an overnight stay.
Disliked: Zurich is crowded with poor roads and awkward designs.

Good value hotel

Liked: A very pleasant hotel, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The computer check-in did not work for me. Fortunately, they have a telephone helpline - so all was well.
