Liked: Breakfast is good and location is okay , from bus its only 2 mins walk and goin to sbb bern its only 5 mins by walk 10 to 15 mins
Disliked: Elevator is small

A very enjoyable stay in...

Liked: The hotel was in an excellent location, it was quiet & very clean. The staff were very polite and friendly. You had a good choice for breakfast. The rooms were spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. Would definitely book here again 🙂

Nice hotel with a decent...

Liked: Location not too far from main train station, bus stop near by, breakfast was very nice, staff were very nice and helpful, good choice for a stayI would definitely stay again if in Bern
Disliked: self check in was a bit tricky when we arrived, but we managed it after a few attempts

Liked: Friendly staff and overall nice and cozy place to stay in Bern! Close to public transport and we got a free city pass for our whole stay!

Clean and comfortable

Liked: Good sized room. Clean. Comfortable bed. Soundproofed.
Disliked: No one on reception. It is self check in. At the front door you speak on intercom to someone - I do not know where they are. You then check yourself in by typing in a number of pages. This was around 7.30pm - so not late. I spent quite some time trying to find the @ key on the keyboard. I then noticed a "shift control" instruction taped to the desk. Unfortunately, my flight was late, my train was delayed and I was in a real hurry at this point - so my view is probably biased. The hotel is fine - but do not stay there if you want a quick and easy check in when the desk is not manned
