Superb

Liked: Modern Hotel, good first impression, upmarket ambience, helpful staff (fluent in English), easy check in and check out. Table with chair in front of window, large enough to work with laptop. Easy walking distance from tram stop, main station also within easy walking distance. Luggage were kept safe on day we checked out until we collected it in the afternoon.
Disliked: We have no complaints.

Must stay

Liked: The location is fantastic and the rooms was pretty good with all the amenities. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was pretty good with a variety of options. A must stay in Bern.
Disliked: Space was a bit tight but other than that everything was really good about the hotel.

Short stay in Bern

Liked: People were very nice and wanted really that you have the best experienceIt was very clean et central
Disliked: It was not possible to close completely the windows. So, it could be better insulated and have less noise. We did not mentioned it to the staff. They would probably fix it, if we mentioned it.
