Liked: The room was comfortable and a good sized bathroom……..breakfast had lots of options and the food quality was “ok”…parking was right below the hotel so convenient…front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: longer shower door so water doesn't get all over the floor

Liked: Modern Hotel, good first impression, upmarket ambience, helpful staff (fluent in English), easy check in and check out. Table with chair in front of window, large enough to work with laptop. Easy walking distance from tram stop, main station also within easy walking distance. Luggage were kept safe on day we checked out until we collected it in the afternoon.
Disliked: We have no complaints.

Liked: The location is fantastic and the rooms was pretty good with all the amenities. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was pretty good with a variety of options. A must stay in Bern.
Disliked: Space was a bit tight but other than that everything was really good about the hotel.
