Good location and value

Liked: A good hotel and location, and good value for Berlin. The room was spacious and clean, with a modern bathroom, and it was very quiet at night in the hotel. With one exception, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the guy who was working Friday evening when I arrived late after a long, tiring journey.
Disliked: Breakfast was just croissants and coffee. I found the bed mattress uncomfortable, a bit saggy in the middle. The guy working the late shift on Sunday night was unnecessarily rude. Having lived in Berlin I'm familiar with the Berliner Schnauze, that doesn't mean I want to pay for it as part of my hotel package.

Very basic and not cheap...

Liked: It looked a lot fancier online, it was very basic and the bed was very uncomfortable I could feel the springs in the bed. It was very clean, just a little expensive for what you got.
Disliked: Bed Very basic for price No restaurant

Liked: Friendly stuff, very clean room, free coffee and croissants in the morning.
Disliked: When I arrived, in the room was strong smell of something like perfumed something for cleaning.

Great location with spacious rooms

Liked: Great location, spacious rooms and nice bathroom. Breakfast with different croissants was perfect for the morning with tea & coffee. Would book again.
Disliked: Nothing - everything was good.
