Good

Liked: Perfect location, great breakfast, architecture and the design of the building. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Jacuzzi outside was broken. Jacuzzi inside didn't work. Half of the saunas also were closed for some period of time. Maybe I was unlucky this time, but as I came there mostly for the SPA center that was upsetting. Shower tube in my room wasn't fixed properly and was falling constantly on the floor.

Liked: The location is really nice, close to the seaside yet close to the center of Sopot. Nice wellness center and comfortable beds. I liked the design of the hotel
Disliked: The breakfast was ok but nothing special, I expected something better, we waited quite some time for the table, it was very narrow to between the counters, there was just a normal toaster for 2 toasts (like the one you have at home) so it took forever to get your toast. The doors in the bathroom and room were heavy and they made a lot of noise so you could here all you neighbors coming back to the room / going out from it. I had higher expectation from this hotel to be honest.

Disliked: Room condition below average. Broken curtain rails and a semi broken shower head that can't hold consistent warm water.

worst 4 star experience ever

Liked: Nothing at all, worst 4 star we have been to! sorry to say but we were extremely disappointed.
Disliked: Toilet was full of spider webs and big gigantic spiders, nobody helped to get it clean and a lady came after 5th call to clean the toilet, sadly the big spider got vanished somewhere in the towels and when we requested to have a new room nobody answered and pretended that they dont understand the english anymore. even the bedding was full of dust , as if the room was not opened since a month or something, even though we were made to wait 2 hours as our room was getting prepred... they took 60 zloty for wifi for 2 nights without informing us in advance, the roof top pool was closed with no information beforehand. yes its a big chain so they dont care what guest thinks, but for us its a big no in future.
