Liked: Bedroom size and appliances were great. Restaurant food and staff very nice!
Disliked: Receptionists were extremely rude and not friendly in every interaction. When you arrive at the hotel after a long flight you don’t expect to hear that the Check in is at 4pm and before that you would be charged. I understand the hotel rules, but there are many ways to communicate that the room is not available at noon.

Great convenient stay

Liked: Although the hotel was a bit dated, it was very clean and had everything I needed. It’s also one of the several hotels the tour guides would come pick you up for tours. Safeway is 2 buildings away, so it was convenient for me to just walk over to pick up water, snacks, etc. I appreciated the free shuttle pick up and drop off.

Disliked: Nothing. I would like more welcoming atmosphere at the front desk. One gentleman was very kind.
