Liked: We received a refund.
Disliked: After booking through Booking.com in June and receiving a 2nd confirmation email 2 days previous, we arrived exhausted on expected day November 1 after travelling for 9 hours. The man at the desk was unable to speak English and could not communicate with me except to say "cancelled". He phoned someone who in very broken English also kept saying "cancelled". We were then forced to, in the dark and without any data, to search for another available and reasonable accommodation in an unfamiliar town [which was the whole point of using Booking.com 5 months earlier]. The motel's claim was they had sent me a cancellation email "due to unavoidable circumstances" but when I checked it was time dated a few minutes after the time I had been attempting to check in.

Disliked: I stayed here a few years ago and everything was great from the service to the room. It appears it is under new management now. I gave it another try while I was in the area this week and I was not happy at all. We booked a single non smoking room with a king bed for myself, my wife and baby. Service was “odd” and we were given a room. It said non smoking on the door but my lungs hurt from the smell of smoke and ashtray that hits you when you walk in. The bed was far from a king, maybe a full, the shower wouldn’t get hot, and there was mold in the bathroom. Also a broken window taped together. Will definitely be looking elsewhere next time we visit the area.

Absolutely perfect stay!

Liked: We were looking for a hotel that would be cheap, but not at the cost of safety or cleanliness, and we found it! The room was nothing fancy, just the basics, but it was so clean, and very comfortable. We will definitely be keeping it in mind when we come this way again!
Disliked: stained ceiling tiles above the bathtub

Nice little stopover motel in...

Liked: Bed was comfortable and check in and check-out process was very simple. Loved having an overhead light switch right next to the bed. Didn't have to get up to turn off/on the lights
Disliked: Would love an outlet closer to the bed so I could charge my phone/alarm near me.

Disliked: Arrived late11:30pm. Apparently I booked smoking room-do not remember that on the site. Refused to take smoking room. Was shown non smoking one bed-unacceptable as there were 3 of us. Shown non smoking double bed-accepted even though it was dingy and felt grimly. It was late and we were tired. Went to sleep. Woke up to find two bugs on me. One on the other pillow. One on the wall. BEDBUGS. Woke everyone up. Showered in lukewarm water under a shower head I had to squat under-so low-couldn’t adjust it. Took key to front desk. Explained I booked two nights. Told them I would not be staying a second night because I found BEDBUGS-I have pictures. I showed him. They offered to clean, but it needed to be pesticide bombed. I refused. I booked a room across the street at Days Inn. Which while more $$ it was clean. Had hot water in the shower. While I understand you get what you paid for and sonrise was inexpensive/cheap-I expected it to be clean. It was anything but that.

Liked: i have to say that the room was somewhat clean and i didn't see any bugs or other critters in the room.
Disliked: The smell of the room was cigarette smoke and musty. tThe hot and cold were reversed in the shower. The room was in a sad state of disrepair. The bathroom door didn’t close properly which might have been a plus because the bathroom odor was better than the general smell of the room.
