Liked: Lovely stay. Accommodations were excellent except for the bathroom. It needs more hanging hooks and a place to set your travel kit or clothes while you are showering. No one want to leave things on the floor of a bathroom nor do you want to walk out into a cold room after you have showered in order to retrieve something from a travel kit.

Perfect Location, clean and renovated...
Liked: Its a perfect location. Walking distance to the plaza for shopping and dinner, coffee at the front desk and reasonably priced. Hit both Napa and Sonoma Valley from a central spot. Rooms seem recently renovated and are nicely done.

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Loud! Guests were in common area/court yard/hot tub area after hours. Staff did not address the issue promptly and follow through to ensure that quiet hours in all areas was respected. My wife and I did not sleep one of the two nights we stayed there. Staff did, however, apologize and offer to help which they did by providing us a late check out and demonstrating empathy which was appreciated.

I loved the log in...
Liked: The breakfast was overpriced so we walked across the street to Whole Foods
Disliked: The people at the hot tub woke me up at 2:30 am in the morning, the drunk laughter echoed through the courtyard, the employee spoke to the people but was not forceful enough and they didn’t leave until the employee got them out a little before 4 am. Not a good night sleep. If you are in the business to provide a place for people to sleep, do all that you can so they can actually sleep. Enforce your hot tub rules. Thus happened both nights, but the first night the people were a little quieter.
