Liked: Very convenient location, very neat, clean and tidy.
Disliked: The fridge did not seem to work :( I wasted money bu having to throw out food the next day. Also the room rates were over priced.

Liked: My partner and I had an amazing stay here. The staffs were kind, friendly and always have smile on their faces. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Not to mention their delicious breakfast. We will definitely return in the future

Disliked: The rooms were very small. The main reason I booked this hotel online was that as per your booking description airport transfer was included free by the hotel, but they said no. I had to pay. You even sent me a hotel response.
