Liked: The manager was exceptionally understanding and helpful. After a horrible experience the night before with one of the staff by name of Sandy
Disliked: I was led to believe that there would be a sofa bed in the room once we got to the room there was not a sofa but a love seat and it had no mattress on it. Once I figured it out I called down to the office and reached an employee by the name of Sandy who was rather rude when I asked about the sofa bed not have a mattress I asked what could be done because now one of the people that were planning to stay that night no longer had a place to sleep at which time he hung up in my face. Once I went down to the office and had a screaming match with the employee he threatened to call the police on me and told me that i would no longer be able to stay on the property. At which time I went back to my room for the rest of the evening
