Disliked: the staff, the manger/ front desk supervisor was very rude and ignorant she was not accommodating at all the other front desk staff members were ok. they all lied the entire time i was there about everything from the price to the room accommodations

Liked: The location of the property is amazing with plenty of food options walking distance from the hotel as well as a Sam’s club across the parking lot.
Disliked: The cleanliness is sub-par regardless of low pricing. There is a certain level of cleanliness that should be considered bare minimum for all hotels and unfortunately this doesn’t meet that.

Disappointing experience!

Disliked: I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The pictures online were misleading, and the actual room was much older and in worse condition than it appeared. The furniture was worn out, and there was a noticeable smell in the room that made it uncomfortable to relax. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the experience and wouldn’t recommend it based on this stay.

Disliked: During the check in other guests were smoking weed and doing drugs outside our room at 3:30pm. I had to call the manager/front desk and she talked to them. The place wasn’t safe . Therefore, We decided to leave the hotel and we requested our money back. We still waiting for our full refund.
