Liked: Location and very quiet.
Disliked: I’ve stayed at this property several times but this time there was a certain smell in the room.. like musky more so in the restroom.

Liked: Dingy
Disliked: Bed was rock hard. None of the tvs in all three (3) rooms we had worked. With help from the office we finally got one tv to work in the room that had my MIL as she doesn’t sleep much.

I was treated poorly.

Liked: Size of room.
Disliked: I was put at the very end of the hall when hotel was empty. Long walk. The coffee machine and phone were broken. I asked for them to be replaced, and nothing happened. I asked again and was told, not possible. Finally I said why not just take a coffee maker from another room. Finally they just gave me another coffee maker, but it had a mis-matched pitcher and made a mess. I was polite to the staff, so I don't know what it could be retaliation for. The low rating is because these problems were totally unacceptable.

Disliked: The room we were in was unclean, and many things were broken. I also found a blood stain on one of the towels I used to dry myself

Disliked: The receptionist was sitting behind the desk, and it took some time to acknowledge us. A more welcoming approach could enhance the overall guest experience.

Disliked: Only issue with the room. The coffee maker didn’t work. Nothing major. I’m coffee drinker. Having Starbucks right next to the hotel is very convenient.
