Liked: The staff at reception desk are great. Helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: No Sliding doors at entrance for luggage carts. Makes it hard to pull suitcases up to room and back to car.

Sonesta quality, not really

Liked: Location was perfect close to the airport and restaurants if you had a vehicle or a short ride in an Uber. A refer and cooking facilities were good to have. If the bed was better and I was there for a longer stay where I could cook I probably would have like this place better.
Disliked: Didn't like one elevator for a lot of rooms and the hallways were so hot I was sweating by the time I got to my room at the other end of the hallway away from the elevator. There was no coffee bar or free breakfast except for the room coffee which we packets and only one cup each. Hard to get going like that for an early morning flight. The bed was hard. There was no hand lotion in the room which is a must in a dry climate like Salt Lake City.
