Liked: Great location
Disliked: Our room smelled strongly of cigarettes. We notified the front desk, who shared it was due to someone smoking outside. This was not the case. We had to keep the window open for our entire stay to tolerate being in the room due to the strong stench, which didn't feel safe being on the first floor.

Horrible experience from one particular...

Liked: Teresa was nice. At check in we received a call for our daughter due to an emergency, we had to leave the property promptly. She was understanding and returned our deposit. The other person (Kalie or Kylie) who was just starting her shift earring 11pm was very rude and stated she would not respond to bookings email for refund and due to being a sold out night, the refund would need review from the manager. If it wasn’t for our need to head back home we would’ve disputed the charge at that time. Here we are two days after and the room is still a pending charge. I’m certain if she was dealing with an emergency as we were she won’t have been satisfied with the treatment we experienced from her.

Overall, my stay was good

Liked: I checked out early, due to work conference and didn't have the breakfast. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: It's hard to get into the lobby with luggage and I had to go around the corner to get a cart and then that was difficult without automatic doors.
