Liked: Convenient to lots of eateries… staff nice
Disliked: Outside door would close automatically but wouldn’t latch… safety issue.. it was quickly fixed when I reported the problem

Super Friendly Staff

Liked: Great location, very close to the interstate. Plenty of parking, huge, clean, well-equipped room. Really friendly staff who made this feel more like a small family run hotel than a large chain. Very comfortable and welcoming.

Perfect last minute option.

Liked: The staff was great. We had a last minute upgrade and they were able accommodate us.

Disappointing at best and why...

Liked: The room layout was good. If better maintained, it would have been a much better stay.
Disliked: We arrived and the location seemed further from the place we were in town to visit (Spring Training camp.) We checked in and they did get us a room right away. However, when we got there, the bathroom door was dirty. The toilet was dirty. The cabinet under the sink was damaged and the door to the suite was damaged. Too many issues to ever consider asking for maintenance and honestly the reason we will never stay in a Sonesta hotel again!
