Worst experience I have ever...

Liked: There was nothing I liked or enjoyed about my stay. We had so many things wrong with the stay.
Disliked: We checked into our hotel room December 6, 2024. We get all of our belongings down and got ready for bed. When we got into bed we noticed how dirty and filthy our sheets were. There was human hair, dog hair and stains all over the sheets. I went downstairs and the hotel staff just handed me new sheets. They didn't offer to move us rooms or any accommodations for the situation. Once we changed our own sheets, we laid down and our window sounded open. You could hear every car on the highway. We opened and closed our window multiple times hoping it would block some noise. The next morning we went to shower and it was horribly dirty. There was stains all over the floors and walls. We opened our closet in hopes to find a laundry bag for our clothes and again it was just dirty. Just had everything thrown in the closet. I thought I misplaced my Drivers License and left it at the front desk. When I went to check on Saturday evening the gentleman working was rude. He said "If it was here, I would see it".

Great place to stay in...

Liked: The room was clean and well stocked. We stayed for 6 nights and it was relatively quiet at night time. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: We found the bed to be uncomfortable and could use a few more pillow options.

Disliked: There were stains all in the carpet, the building smelled of cigarettes and weed. The room smelled of dirty mop water. The whole place was quite disgusting.
