Disliked: Really loud noise of the water on the second floor when someone was taking a shower, the dishwasher was old and noisy, the air extraction was loud too but not working properly, overall the building it’s old needs updating

Disliked: There is a bit of molding on the roof top in the bathroom by shower. Also, there is no ice machine at the facility

Dirty, trashy lame excuse of...

Liked: Location was in a decent area even though the property does not belong in the area as the people who run it are trashy.
Disliked: Online pictures of this place are photoshopped and deceitful. This place is very run down looking and looks like it rarely ever gets cleaned. First off this is not the cheapest place to stay as it is on top of that they charged me an extra fee to check in early at 1am even though I had already paid for the previous night! Then when you go to check in they also slap you with a $15 parking fee for a parking lot that is full of trash and looks like a dump which is not listed on the website. Walk into our room and it smells like an animal shelter with the room smelling like dog pee. The room was not very well cleaned surfaces looked like they weren’t cleaned from the several last guests, very few towels in the room. Went to check out and then they tried to charge me extra on top of the amount I was quoted prior to when I checked in, I tried explaining to the lady at the desk and she said she couldn’t over-ride it without having to wait for a manager. This a shady place that likes to just rack up the fees that are clearly not listed or stated online or at check-in. I would recommend someone to stay at a motel 6 before staying at this place hopefully no one else falls for their scam.
