NICE STAY
Liked: Good location , nice staff, clean room
Disliked: Charge for parking which I didn't know

Poor
Liked: The staff was amazing, kind and very attentive.
Disliked: Bed sheets were dirty. There was either fleas or bedbugs. I got bit multiple times, which caused us to leave early.

Liked: The location is safe, restaurants are in walking distance, and there is a park in front of the hotel. The kitchen stove was working so I was able to boil water for my coffee and tea. I had a nice view of trees with birds singing in the morning. And amazingly, I slept close to 9 hours in comfort. The cost was also at the lower end compared to the other hotels nearby. The front desk staff when I checked out also just listened to the list of my complaints and didn't attempt to gaslight me. She also explained that the amount of time I would get my deposit back depended on the type of credit card I used.
Disliked: Why I'm never going to return this place again:1. Prior to checkin, the front desk staff said they didn't have any public restrooms. But after checkin, I saw that they had two restrooms in the hallway of the first floor.2. The hallway walls and the walls in the room itself have stains. I understand that some hotels might be time-worn and not up-to-date; but this issue with the walls could easily be fixed by washing/ cleaning the walls. Some of the stains were disgusting. Besides that, they also used some nasty-smelling cleaning liquid that smelled toxic.3. Mold in the bathroom. Hair dryer not working. Liquid soap smelled vinegary. 4. When I was trying to get in to my room, the card wasn't working; but the front desk staff insisted that he could open it with his card. I had to tell him a couple of times to just get me a new card. One of the rooms on the first floor also had major damage in the key area- like someone used pliers to try to open it up.5. No coffeemaker. I verified with the front desk staff whether the room didn't have any in the first place. He said he was going to look for one for me from the other rooms, but never got back to me with one.6. Ripped armchair,burnt curtain, and a picture frame minus the picture, no TV signal. 7. Lights were horrible ( I felt like in prison) and I could hear people on the 2nd floor and in the hallway.8. The first floor windows opened completely facing a driveway. When I was looking at the trees and the birds in the morning, two people walked pass by. All of that ( and probably more which I chose to forget) left me in a state of depression for having pre-paid for the room. The room was so sad that I was tempted to just check out anyway. But I did check-out ( escape!) as early as I can.

Great for a couple of...
Liked: Very clean, loved having a full kitchen and fridge. Comfortable and quiet. Great staff, friendly and helpful.

Liked: The ac.
Disliked: Bad patch work, smelled of smoke and mold, smoke detector constantly going off to the point that is sounds like the speaker is dying, room was never cleaned throughout stay, pictures online dont match the room, the smell throughout hotel was overdone as though it was ment to cover up another smell.
