Liked: The power went out while I was there so it did get a bit stuffy in the room and had to use flashlights to walk around the room but other than that the staff were amazing!

Blood stains on the mattress,...

Liked: We reserved a room for 3 and the sofa in the room was not prepared, which is okay but there were no extra sheets. when we finally got the sheets (they wouldn’t give us a pillow for the 3rd person) we stretched the sofa and all the crumbs and dirt was on the sofa mattress. THERE WERE BLOOD STAINS on the mattress. It was disgusting and it set a bad mood and very uncomfortable feeling from the start. The room was not clean at all…crumbs in the kitchen, hair in the bathroom, dust everywhere i didn’t feel comfortable showering in the bathroom. We did not enjoy our stay at all. If only the staff were nice…they were not, couldn’t care less.
