Liked: The staff was pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: It was dirty, our first room had roaches. They move us up the hall. This room was some better. We booked rooms here 2 years ago. It was nice and convenient. That is why we chose to stay here this time. This time, there was no soap or shampoo. Several light bulbs were out. The furniture was falling apart. The front desk is close from 10pm to 8pm. The front desk phone was not working from the rooms even when thestaff was there to answer. We will not be coming back.

Liked: There Was No Breakfast.....This is One Of The Much Needed For Guests That Is Lacking However The Room Provided A Home Away From Home Facilities That Enable Guests To Prepare Their Own Meal.My Most Memorable Was The Friendly Manner In Which I Was Greeted By The Front Desk Lady And Additionally The Continuation And Assistance From Mr. Delorian And The Manager Mr.Dan.The Hotel And It's Surrounding Was Very Clean Inside And Outside.
Disliked: I Did Not Like The Negative Comments Made By Other Guest That I Read Prior To My Trip.To Memphis. Such Comments Of Homeless Persons Hanging Around In Front Of The Hotel Were Proven To Be False During My 10 Days Stay As I Never Encountered The Said At Any Time.

Disliked: I didn’t like how the first room I was put in the shower pressure wasn’t the best second room I got in the shower was good but then when I got bck from the concert I was starting to see bugs which I couldn’t do anything bout it because it was 3 in the morning but definitely won’t be staying here Again

Liked: Convenient location & the staff was very helpful. Room amenities are headed in the right direction but I believe still being renovated.
Disliked: Lots of trash under the bed, room did not have any trash cans ( had to call the desk to get 1 for the entire room. I reserved 2 rooms, one of which did not have a shower curtain & the bedding for the sofa sleepers is only available upon request although we clearly needed them for both rooms. Also there were a few roaches found during the stay

Liked: No breakfast offered
Disliked: The hotel room was disgusting, stained carpet throughout the room, the ceiling was falling apart in the bathroom above the tub. There were dead roaches underneath the kitchen sink and overall the room was awful and the staff was not helpful I complained to the front desk and they offered was someone to come and re-clean the room. There is no Gym there and the laundry does not work there. Overall I would say do not stay there, this use to be a really nice hotel but now it’s not worth the money.
