Disliked: That It Didn't Have A Pool But Other Then That Very Nice, Clean, In A Good Area And It Wasn't Far From The Stores Or Restaurants

Liked: The associates at front desk, personalities are great. Beds are comfortable and it is reasonably quiet. Bathroom and fridge were clean.
Disliked: floors turned my white socks totally black. They were sticky. Inside of microwave door had splatter marks.bar of soap for bathroom sink sure was small

Liked: I absolutely hate how this property did me!
Disliked: I arrived to the property at 2:45am the lights were off and no one was at the front desk as if they were closed! I called back the next day to get my refund due to arriving and no one was available and the manager told me I would need to call booking to see about my refund and also stated maybe someone was in the back. Booking told me that I would need to contact hotel because they charged my card. Which I already knew that! Called the hotel back and they mark me as a no show and told me I can’t get a refund but told me when I called the first time to call booking for refund
