Disliked: The maids didn't clean the room while we were staying in it. I prefer daily housekeeping.

Disliked: How they couldn't find my reservation for my stay in October so I left didn't fight or argue about it I was just going to let it be then I see my credit card and they charged me 530.00 two days later and I was charged on Oct 15,2024 it's now November 18,2024 and the property has made no attemp to pay me back at all!!!! Thank God for booking if the property doesn't pay mein 2 days they will pay me back I will never stay at this property again for fear of them to rob me blind again!!!! But I love booking and will always them for my hotel stays

Bring a thermos

Disliked: No coffee in the machine first 2 days. Had to walk to McDonald's for morning coffee. Wasn't like the machine was broken. They were out of coffee. Also was told prior to arrival that I might be able to upgrade for an additional $7.00 per night. I was willing to upgrade. No upgrades were available.

Liked: The hotel is in a good location and close to stores, restaurants and University of Houston Clear lake The rooms are clean, updated decor they also provide free coffee and laundry. Spacious parking. a gazebo and dog walk. The rooms have kitchens with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, microwave and refrigerator. Nice size rooms. Jash the general manager and his front desk Elizabeth went above and beyond to accommodate my hotel stay thank you!. The price is good I would come back.
Disliked: I saw a couple of night crawlers.

Liked: It was clean and smelled great.
Disliked: There was a dog that was in the room next to us that barked all night long they also stomped on the floor. there were flees that bothered us both nights. The toilets didn’t flush if you put the toilet paper in it.
