Great location for State Theater concert - an easy 5 minute walk. Close to decent food ( Claire and Dons, Applebee's, Caribbean Plate).

Disliked: Other than my Gatorade from the lobby which was $3.50. Lol.

Great staff; clean room; comfy bed; nice shower. I would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Would have liked pastries, bagels or toast on continental breakfast.

Liked: 1. Location was close to where we had to be.2. Front desk staff was pleasant.
Disliked: It's an older building that's a little tired and worn. No breakfast was provided. We were not aware it was an extended stay facility when we booked. There was no servicing of the room for the 3 nights we stayed.There was no soap provided for the bathroom sink - we had to use the body wash soap from the shower. We had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels and washcloths. The first room we went to was dirty. The bed was unmade with the bed linens heaped on the floor. The wastebasket was filled with beer and booze empties, and the room was otherwise disgusting. They gave us another cleaned room when we complained and comped us for the $10/night parking charge.The only amenity was the three thermoses in the lobby for coffee, hot water, and decaf. They were often empty, but the desk staff replenished them when asked. I would have to wait for about 5 minutes whenever they did that. They only offered a few sad teabags for the hot water - not even hot chocolate. On my last night there I killed a small insect that was running around on the bathroom counter. I am not sure what kind of insect it was.I will only stay there again as a last resort.
