Liked: Location. They do provide dishes and silverware. They have a borrow cabinet you can get whatever you need out to use. They clean the rooms once a week! And they have a store to purchase drinks or snacks.
Disliked: The laundry room was rough. Only 2 washing machines and dryers worked properly. So you had to wait all day on a turn. The main floor near elevator smelled just like urine 24/7. The hallways smelled just like weed and cigarettes all night long.

Disappointing

Liked: Easy to find. Check in staff was ok.
Disliked: Room wasn't setup for 2 occupants. No towels for 2 occupants in either room I reserved. No phone in room. Refrigerator was set to 9 which caused my produce to freeze and I had to toss it. Some of the dishes were missing. Check out staff was very rude.
