From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome I received from your staff. Their friendly and attentive service made me feel right at home. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. I especially enjoyed gym accommodations. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the area. Sonesta Suites amenities were top-notch, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of my stay. The fitness center exceeded my expectations, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Overall, my experience at your hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Liked: The receptionist was accommodating when I requested a refund.
Disliked: The pictures presented when booking does not match the room. It appears bright, updated, and clean. The room was anything but. It has an old yellow smoke stained fridge and the room smelled like stale cigarettes. The room had a very dark feel and the walls and carpet were dirty. It was definitely a smoking room, or they allow guests to smoke. As my daughter and I were leaving the hallway smelled like someone was smoking in the next room. I wouldn’t not recommend this place.
