Disliked: Nothing No basic amenities like body wash, shampoo , iron board , stinky old carpets , weed smell in premises The staff came and started having door at 9 am to ask if we are extending stay Horrible experience

Disliked: This was the worst hotel I ever been to in my life…they are roach infested and every room stinks…the house keepers don’t clean if you ask me. Especially when there was a roach in the refrigerator. I can’t believe this hotel is open under Sonesta this hotel is no where up to hotel standards neither are they motel standards…that is jail!!!

Liked: The front desk associate did try to get out issue resolved but it was not resolved at all
Disliked: The room wasn’t the best. The TV didn’t work after multiple attempts with different remotes still didn’t work. There wasn’t a garage can in the room there were no blankets on the bed. No kitchen utensils to use and the phone in the room didn’t work at all to contact the front desk associate. I ended up canceling my extra night
