The room was spacious and very clean. Front desk was helpful with questions about cab selection and what to do in town. I would stay here when I return to Ann Arbor. Really liked the location of being right off the highway and having Whole Foods across the street.

Liked: Nothing, the rooms were unsanitary and uninhabitable.
Disliked: The staff redirected me to go through booking.com to get a refund. I booked two nights, and when checked in the first room given had blood stains on the couch and floors still had crumbs on the floor, second room had what appeared to be white stains all over the couch, furniture table tops completely covered in dust.

Disliked: I was satisficed with all of equipment in the guest room was very convenient. I had stayed 4ninght 5 days there.However, I was upset during be there because of one of staffs. I don't know her name but she is white lady. At night of one day, my room key card has something problem So that, I couldn't into the room. I went to front desk. It looked no one there. At that time I saw woman's blond hair head and heard her doing something beyond there. so I rung the bell and wait for a few minutes but she no answered. I just waited around ten minutes more. I rung the bell and wait again. After all over 20 minutes, she finally came in front of me who she appeared so mad and no smile and also talking was not kind. It was bad experienced to me. I think there's definitely a problem with her attitude towards customers.

Liked: Front desk, staff very friendly and very efficient!!! The property is well maintained. My room was on the third floor. I didn’t hear any extraneous noise at all.
Disliked: One thing I would say is that the wall next to the tub and shower in front of the commode in the bathroom needs to be washed down.
