The room was spacious and very clean. Front desk was helpful with questions about cab selection and what to do in town. I would stay here when I return to Ann Arbor. Really liked the location of being right off the highway and having Whole Foods across the street.

Disliked: Missed having a pool and hot tub.

Solid choice for affordable longer...

Liked: Convenient location- quick drive to the interstate, mall, big box stores; several restaurants and Whole Foods are walkable. Laundry machines were functional and free. Room was pretty clean, updated, and well-maintained, but it did have a strange odor at first that bordered on burnt hair. Didn't get charged for parking after all. This place is light years better than the other long-term hotel in the area in terms of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
Disliked: Check-in took a long time because they were short-staffed- person in front of me said they'd been waiting 20 minutes and together we waited almost 10 for someone to come to the front desk. Various parts of the hallway in my section looked a little worse for wear- carpet could have used a deep clean, paint touched up, etc. Walls and doors are very thin. Parking lot needs some repairs.

Disliked: Super loud room and very uncomfortable bed - heater was dreadful and very dry room. Please put in humidifier and upgrade the heater. Also water wasn’t hot enough.

Liked: Everything was awesome. Loved the free laundry and coffee always available.
Disliked: Was awesome. No complaints just wish they reached further so I could stay closer to my family

Great place for a longer...

Liked: Close to lots of convenient shops like Meijer, Target and the Briarwood mall. Multiple bus lines that can take you into town. Free laundry was a bonus. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and has a great set of cookware.
Disliked: The room was very dusty and there were cobwebs in some of the corners. In the corridor there was a very strong perfume smell which was overpowering.
