Great looking room; amenities nice. But the bathroom floor was clearly not cleaned - I wiped the floor to find hair and dirt. Took it reception and they didn't say anything; will not stay again and most likely will not use your service again.

Disliked: Parking charge was ridiculous and not disclosed until check-in. Just a scam for more $. Sad.

Liked: I made a last minute reservation and I got a decent price. The room was safe, clean, and comfortable.
Disliked: I was very appreciative of the hotel. I had unfortunately booked a nightmare from elm street hotel room for the night. I was in that nasty place for 10 minutes talking to my husband because I didn’t feel safe, and making a safe reservation.
