Adequate but disappointing level of...

Liked: Facilities good for an extended stay , gymnasium good too
Disliked: Cleaning was inadequate. First room offered to us had not been cleaned not even bed changed.floor was sticky and dirty.2nd room was better but dust and dirt on lamps and window sills which had clearly been there a while. Upon moving the bedside table there was a bottle top and a lot of long black hair on the floor.A bad smell from the kitchen turned out to be a rotten potato that had been left in a top cupboard.Dishwasher was full of water and leaking ..engineer was called and situation corrected All in all a little disappointing.

Disliked: Our toilet was broken. Needed a parking pass for a big empty parking lot seemed excessive. Parking was not limited.

Disliked: We could not turn down or turn off the heat. We opened our window because it was so warm in the room.
