Liked: The lobby area was very welcoming. The staff was very nice. Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Because it was new years eve there were no amenities available but it was not listed on the site upon booking so we were unable to get breakfast or any other things aside from a room and for the price I was a little upset. Also the shower pressure wasn't good as the tub faucet didn't fully switch over to the shower head

Disliked: We made a reservation for four adults and one child, but they didn't reserve it. They just gave us one king bed and a sofa for the same price as our reservation.

Liked: Nothing much to write home about.
Disliked: - Exceptionally unfriendly front desk staff.- No room cleaning service provided during our 7 nights stay. No change of towels, no bed linen change, no refilling of disposable glasses/ tea/ coffee etc was provided. No breakfast was available even on achargeable basis. We were informed staff was on holiday. Every evening I had to go to the reception and request what was needed.- Booking.Com should provide a partial refund to me because we were informed the above services would be unavailable, at the time of checking in and not 3 months ago, when I made our reservation.- Considering our unhappy experience this was definitely our first and last stay at Sonesta Suites.
