Nasty and disgusting bathroom

Liked: I liked the lobby and that's about it.
Disliked: I stayed in other Sonestas in the past so I booked this without hesitation. What a let down, I was so disappointed, saying the bathroom was nasty is an understatement. Gross, I'm sick to my stomach just thinking about it. It was so bad I had to leave without taking a shower.

Liked: It’s always clean and the staff is very accommodating!
Disliked: The property was excellent however we were surprised that there wasn’t any hand soap in the bathroom and when we inquired we were told they don’t provide any longer! I would recommend adding to your website do that people are aware and provide their own!
