Pleasant

Wonderful in every way.

Liked: Every staff member was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The grounds, lobby and rooms immaculately kept. The Free Breakfast was soooo well done and filled with everything you can imagine...hot, cold, pastries etc. I extended my stay !!

Disappointing

Liked: It was a place to sleep
Disliked: Day one, no hot water. Other guests had the staff aware. With it being right a check-in, i waited until 7 p.m. to inquire what the status was. The front desk stated they were aware and working on it. By my 2nd night, water wasn't hot and barely warm. If asked what the status was, it was met with a frustrated tone that they're aware and working on it.

Bad

Liked: Cleaness, bed comfort, and breakfast is good
Disliked: TV didn't work, holes in walls, no ice bucket, the desk clerk Veronica was very rude, only one wash cloth for 2 people. Weed small and one man didn't have hot water. Also, I haven't gotten my deposit back yet. Room next door, someone was pulling on the inside door.

Ok. Not coming here again...

Liked: The breakfast servers were very helpful and thefront desk guy was so nice to drive me to the airport when the regular driver didn’t answer his phone.
Disliked: Shower water was not very warm. Breakfast selection dismal except for really crispy bacon. Everything in the rooms and halls looked clean but old and worn.

Pleasant

Liked: I loved the location. It was easy to get to and not too far from the Kino complex.
Disliked: I had to wait until 10:30 pm to get into my room, due to my room not being ready. I don't know if there's an under staffing issue, but I and a couple of other people had to wait. The towels were thin and stiff. I was placed in a handicap room (I'm a fully abled person), the bathroom floods, and the room wasn't serviced in between nights, so the bathroom stayed damp. And finally, the first morning, I had a Luke warm/ cold shower. Thankfully, the second morning had a nice warm shower.
