Disliked: The bathroom sink was clogged! They stated they had shampoo, conditioner, body wash. However they were all empty! No body towels only hand towels and wash cloths! Even though I took my own stuff, if you are gonna say you have the amenities they should have them. I always take my own towels and shampoo condition and body soap.

Liked: Stay here to catch an early morning flight, perfect location, 3 minute free shuttle ride. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Great Indian restaurant next door at the Radisson. Very good value, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Disliked: The water was fogging and grey and undrinkable end there was no water provided

Problems at Sonesta Select

Liked: The morning staff was nice and breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The noise of the elevator, the noise of the air conditioner, only one elevator working, the other one was broken, no hot water, crack in the mirror of the sliding door to the closet, loose faucet, loud noise of another electrical unit originating at the end of the hallway. Not to talk about the bathtub.... Using the hotel shuttle I had to lift up my heavy suitcase by myself in the shuttle bus as the front desk clerk was driving in the late afternoon. All in all I'll never stay there again and don't recommend it to anybody else. You're probably better off at a Motel 6.
